⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great night at Pack o Cards this evening! The whole family all 5 of us went for a meal and everything was spot on. I (Paul) had a burger and chips, my wife Marianne had the fish and chips, the kids had two jacket potatoes with beans, cheese and salad, and our boy had chicken nuggets, chips and beans. All the food was fresh, tasty and really well cooked, you won't go hungry as the portion sizes are generous. It was quiz night too, which made the evening even more fun — a brilliant atmosphere all round. Highly recommend for a relaxed family night out with great food and friendly vibes!
I can't comment on the accommodation as didn't stay. Had lunch there on a wet Monday. Friendly staff and the food was very tasty. Big portions, we couldn't finish our burger and chips, or vegan pie with chips and vegetables. Made a nice change to have roasted swede and red cabbage. Couldn't manage dessert although they sounded yummy.
Staying locally so went here for dinner in January (2 adults and 2 kids). £10 every main meal deal in Jan, what an offer and the portions were huge. Lovely friendly staff , clean and well kept pub/restaurant. Great meal from start to finish and highly recommend
This was the second time we went in pack o' cards for food.. on our holiday.. the food is amazing.. the burger was the best I've had..really tasty.. and the chips where yum too.. dog friendly.. definitely will be back when we come back down here..
Came for carvery whilst we were on holiday. Hadn't had a carvery this good in a long time. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. They served from the carvery and the plate I had beat me! No room for pudding sadly.
Me and my dad came for his birthday lunch here, we've been lots of times before but it's always consistently lovely. We were served by the lovely Shantelle, who took us to our table where birthday banners had been hung! So sweet. Food was delicious, as always, beautifully displayed and served in an incredibly timely manner. Will be back soon

This is a dog-friendly pub with plenty of parking and a lovely, spacious garden out back – perfect for your furry friends. Our experience, from booking a large group of 15 to enjoying our meal, was fantastic. The staff were incredibly accommodating, seating us all comfortably in a private function room. The Sunday roast carvery is a must try. There was a wide choice of meats (beef, pork, lamb, turkey) and even a vegan nut roast. Coupled with a huge assortment of vegetables and three types of potatoes, everyone was delighted with their meal. Perfect Sunday day out. Highly, highly recommended
